Healthy Coco-nutty Candies


I made these candies for my Pops. He really loves Almond Joys so I wanted to make something a little healthier that he could munch on. These are the easiest things to make, no cooking necessary, just mixing a few things together in a bowl. The reason why I say they're healthier is the ingredients are only unsweetened, shredded coconut, agave, ground almonds and coconut oil. So if you have a free ten minutes, impress your loved ones with these. These would be great to bring to a party in little miniature muffin foils and you'll fool everyone into thinking you spent hours making the little suckers.
