I've always been intimidated by making my own bread, until I tried to make my own this last weekend. It's really easy! Of course, I used a mixer with a dough hook. Having always kneaded my own pizza dough in the past I can say that that mixer saves you a TON of energy making bread. This recipe is pretty healthy for you, the wheat gluten adds extra protein and the flax adds extra b vitamins and omega-3's. And it tastes a lot better than store bought packages with ingredients you can't even pronounce, right?
